The broth is super flavorful and very well done not too concentrated on one flavor or another, the noodles have just the right amount of bite but very silky, the veggies are fresh and the lime is half a wedge but its a LARGE wedge so its more than other places give. You also get a packet of sriracha and hoison sauce which for me is a must. The tea is delicious not too sweet and lots of flavor as well, and just the right amount of boba pearls. The portions are very fair for the price and they give the proper amount of each ingredient for a well balanced bowl of pho! But my favorite part is that they include a bowl for you and a broth spoon so you dont have to worry about not having the proper utensils! The broth was hot the tea was cold ice wasnt melted, they go above and beyond to provide a delicious meal. Instantly made me feel better while unwell. The ONLY complaint I could have is that the brisket was more fatty than I prefer. I forgot to get pictures before chowing down! "DRY! Ordered extra teriyaki sauce on chicken and was charged for it, and there was hardly any on it. This has always been our favorite teriyaki place, but we won't ever order from here again. The $21 beef and pork was the smallest portion we have even seen from a teriyaki restaurant. Lots of fat on the chicken and it was hard. The rice was also mushy. The salad comes with the dressing already on it, so it leaked and made the lettuce soggy. $111 in their pockets, but they have lost a long time customer for it."
