"I just want to say that I have a cold and I just know that chicken noodle soup is going to make me better. It was so good with some pepper sauce thrown in to clear my sinuses. The cassava and thickness of the soup was so full of flavor. I don't usually like bones but the depth of it from the chicken was delicious. It reminded me of childhood. I would order it again and I know my mom would enjoy it, too. I got a large and finished it all by myself so next time."
"Food was very delicious and fresh! I ordered the ribs and they were incredibly tender and full of flavor. I also ordered chicken fried rice and it was just as tasty and fresh . Definitely a great spot if you're craving well-prepared, flavorful food the portions can feed 2"

"Food was delicious and warm. The meat was very tender, not chewy at all. "
"I've been going to this spot since I was in high school back in early 2000s. The quality of the food has changed sadly. Back then the empanadas were smaller rounder & crispier. Their baked breads were okay. Bunuelo's quality changed as well. I was in the middle with my order today. Mostly reminiscing on the past. "

"The Kids Salchi Mixta had one hot dog that was cut up into 4 pieces and burnt- the Empanadas are good but the beans included with the Bandeja Paisa had lots of green onion that just over powered the beans- that just might be a personal preference, that actually liquid in the beans was good when poured over the rice- the chicharrón and steak are very good the meat was very well seasoned-also appreciate them including a slice of avocado but didn't get any plantain with mine- Overall it's good for the price"

"Everything was labeled and order was early/on time. Excellent experience."
"I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit.
It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. Here are some specific issues I encountered:
* **Chocolate Milkshake:** What I received was mostly a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup mixed in, which seems to be a common issue with diner milkshakes. It wasn't the traditional chocolate milkshake I was expecting.
* **Chicken Tenders:** The tenders themselves were okay, but they weren't crispy, and the requested sauce was missing from the order.
* **Grilled Cheese Deluxe:** This was not enjoyable and had an unusual taste that I wouldn't recommend.
* **Chicken Wings:** The wings appeared large due to heavy breading, but they turned out to be frozen wings, which was a letdown. Additionally, the blue cheese that usually comes with wings was not included in my order.
* **French Onion Soup:** This was the highlight of the meal! It had excellent flavor and the cheese wasn't overpowering.
Overall, based on my delivery experience, I would rate it a 2 out of 5 stars. My in-person experience was much better, so I wanted to provide this feedback regarding the delivery service and food preparation."

"I usually order from this place because I love the smoothies. I always get the "blimey limey" which is pink and a THREE CHEESE CHICKEN . My smoothie came to me today and was a color I've never seen before, which is purple. And my food tasted like it was frost bitten. Very disappointed."
"Tropical has the best smoothies but I think they're packaging needs some work. Several times with my deliveries, the smoothie leaks making a mess"

"I was really impressed by the Super Lox Open Face. Definitely recommend checking that out! The Strawberry Yogurt Parfait was good too, although it was hard to compete with the Lox bagel. I also tried the French Toast bagel, and wasn't a huge fan of the taste, but it was soft / freshly made."

"I ordered the hungry man, and few other breakfast items. Everyone was very happy. The funfetti cream cheese on a whole wheat everything bagel is so delicious! The bagel is nice and soft and chewy!"
"I normally go to this deli or call to order and they are great but the times i use DoorDash to order the food, it's terrible . They bare give you any of the prot that you order. My eggs and cheese on a bagel gives me half an egg so i paid for an ex egg, and still got barely an egg like usual. Why cheap out for people who use a deli app? When i go in there, they are generous with everything you order . Justvall toirder or go in for it to be worth the money. Do not use these apps. Still one of the top delis around! Oh and BEST Triple Chunk Chocolate Chip Cookie everrrr"
