The flavor of the LA galbi itself was ok, but the meat was rubbery. The fried croaker was so overcooked that the meat was almost hard like plastic. The rice was overly soft and chewy, and the beans banchan were dry in an unpleasant way. The serving sizes were quite small for the price as well -- I wasn't expecting a ton of food, but for $35+ delivery, I was expecting more, especially of the banchan. The banchan included a few pieces of cabbage kimchi, a tablespoon or two of dry beans, and a quarter cup or so each of fish cakes and some kind of slaw.
Overall the flavor was alright, but the textures were off and I felt that I wasn't getting a lot of value in either quality or quantity."

"I want to start by sayin I was very upset that they charge me almost $3 extra just for asking to fry the platanos well. I have asked this in other places and I never get extra charged. Beans unsalted, tortillas cold, tiny and thin. Not Guatemalan style.
