"My wife and I have ordered from Ledo at least 4 times since they've opened somewhat recently. Everything we have tried across the menu has been great. Large fresh portions! We eat a lot of Asian and especially Thai. There are a few spots depending on what we are in the mood for that are always in the rotation and this has quickly become one of them. Honestly tonight we started out ordering dim sum from Nana's. After ordering from there I thought of Ledo's 6 Skewers and thought that would be perfect with our dumpings and other treats. So tonight that is all we went for but as usual they were a real treat. I love that they are one of the few Thai spots to offer more than just chicken satay. There are maybe 6-8 skewers options but my favorite is by far the Bbq Pork skewers and the amazing sauce that comes with it. Also ordered my wife a Thai Tea, we've both had them from here and they have a good Thai tea. I don't think you'd be disappointed with anything on the menu. I could definitely tell you they are very generous with the proteins in noodle dishes and other entrees we have ordered in the past. We live downtown rather close and look forward to trying them in person soon!"

Everything was fresh and portions were very nice. My noodle dish was crazy large portions. Literally 2 full meals or possible may eat 3 times off it. Nice flavored Pad See Ew, they give spice options which not everyone does with this dish. I got mild+ and it was just the tiniest little hint of spice so I would go medium or above if you want any real heat for sure. First time ordering here so you never know with Thai spots how their heat levels really are until you try for yourself. "Ordered take out tonight and it was absolutely terrible. The food was like 3 day leftovers warmed up. The grilled shrimp was shriveled and old, and rubbery. It literally shrank so small I couldn’t even tell it was shrimp until I saw the tail. The grilled chicken was old as well. Charging $22 for old leftovers is just so wrong. Call restaurant and spoke to manager who said he would refund order but over week has gone by and nothing. We will never go to Pho Canyon again. What a poor business who would rather serve old food over customers returning back! Stay away!"

"Food was great. The orange chicken was my favorite among several places we have tried. The Sesame Chicken was my second favorite when compared to other places. I would have given them 5 stars except for 2 issues. 1. They charged us extra for fried rice on 2 meals and asked how spicy we wanted the rice. On one meal we chose spicy and on the other mild. They only sent one thing of fried rice and it definitely wasn't spicy. 2. The other issue is that they didn't have much chicken in the Sesame Chicken order. It contained a large quantity of vegetables. The Orange Chicken has quite a bit more. We also ordered Lo Mein, which was quite good and plentiful."
