"I ordered the grand red velvet cake for my mother's birthday. Apparently they were out of that cake, but they chose not to tell me. So instead of canceling my order or telling me at the counter, they chose to not say anything and let me waste $50 on a cake I didn't even order. They told me I could call tomorrow and get a refund, I just contacted DD support to get one. I've had grit bowls and breakfast sandwich delivered from places farther away and not using a thermal bag and they were creamy and hot. Perhaps it was just a tough morning in the kitchen today.
