The refried beans seemed to have been scooped out of a can. So disappointing to have spent $66 on two meals that Taco Bell would have at least tried harder.

"I have ordered from Royal China for years and the veggie lettuce cups and veggie chow mein are longtime favorites. Unfortunately the pricing and portion sizes have become really frustrating. The veggie lettuce cups are actually more expensive than the chicken version, with an extra $2.50 charge, and each additional lettuce cup costs another $2.20.
For that price the portion should be generous, but the to-go box is often only about a quarter full. When I questioned it previously, I was told it was the correct portion size, which is hard to accept when I have ordered this same dish since they opened and know what it typically looks like.
Nearly $40 for two appetizers that barely fill the lettuce cups just is not reasonable. The food itself is good, which is why I keep ordering, but the portions simply do not match the price and it makes the experience feel disappointing."
