If you can afford, go up on the type of steak you order instead of the one that came with the Steak & Lobster Combo, I ordered. There is nothing wrong with the type of steak that comes with the meal at-all. It was prepared medium-well like I ordered and it was tender so that knife and teeth could get through. Only reason I mentioned going-up on a different type of steak for those "picky eaters" or those who are obsessed with certain cuts of beef.
