"The TOPS Malibu "Heart" Sparkler Candle is awful. It takes over a minute to light and then fizzles out after 10 seconds. Not to mention the entire body of the sparkler is made of metal so it gets scorching hot. I was burned after a few minutes it was done sparkling.
