Chopped greens make it easy to chew without being mushy, would pair well with bread or white rice if fufu is not your thing. Tinder bites of meat sum up a larger than expected portion size for the price of this great meal. African food is not meant to be eaten with an American mindset nor palate. Its not a bowl of collard greens with smoked turkey legs or neck bones. The sauce or soup is water based and not very thick but it is hearty and filling. Largely because of the FuFu.
