"I had a question concerning a sauce on my order and when I called Denzel or possibly spelled, Danzel (not entirely sure on the correct spelling) either way was the perfect person to hear so early in the morning. He helped me out, answered my questions and provided great customer service overall. If he's not one of the managers he should be. If he is he's so far my favorite manager at this location other than the woman I've encountered. I've done drive-through here a few times and male manager with the glasses is not the friendliest or most personable at all. I rarely order from Wendy's anymore but honestly this experience reminded me why I should.
