"I've been coming here for years and this time was just disappointing especially since the pizza was always tasty and staff were friendly.
The pizzas were lukewarm, crust is so crunchy it's like bitting into burnt cardboard, and the slices are chewy to an uncomfortable level.
I don't know why this time it came out so disappointing but definitely not coming back"
