"X4 Baja carnitas tacos were excellent at a good price. Messy to eat but everything was well prepared; fresh onion and cilantro, properly warmed tortillas, and crispy carnitas. Beans and guac salsa were unusual additions, to me, but paired well. Would def order again. "

"No on beats these guys for delicious food at a fair price, and delivered faster than other restaurants (in 9 minutes.)

"Holy hell this place is next level delicious. All of it. Seriously. The carnitas bowl is my go to, and although puesto is on the more expensive side- it's phenomenal every single time. It's fresh, tasty and uniquely delicious. It's one of those places that are so disturbingly good, that even if you were like me and stick to what you know you'd still be 100% stoked to sub your go -to out for something completely new. That kind of good. Worth every dollar and excellent every bite. "
"I've been to the Puesto in LA(Anaheim), and I came into San Diego thinking it was going to be the same quality and same quantity of food, but I was unfortunately let down. The burritos were so tiny, and the salsas were very liquidy. Fortunately, the tacos were good, but I would not order from here again. "

"Chips with Guacamole - To keep the chips crispyThey should keep the guacamole off the chips and put it in a separate container"
"If you love guacamole with soggy tortilla chips, Rigobertos is the place for you!
For $6.25 and a brief 6 minute car trip, I received an order of soggy taco chips and no matter how fast I scraped the guacamole off the chips... still soggy.
The cause? Adding TOO much water to the guacamole (think guacamole soup) in an effort to stretch profit TOO far!
This condition is compounded by an app (Doordash) that does not allow the customer to give instructions like - "put the guac on the side."
(The rest of the order was good.)
That's ok Rigobertos, there are other Mexican restaurants nearby who can get it right.

"Everything was packaged well, no leaks. The Cali Burrito COMBO with extra crispy fries inside was delicious! The burrito itself is HUGE! This could have been easily shared amongst 3 persons. The chips in the Chips + Queso were crispy and fresh but slightly over salted. I wish there was an option of "no salt" on the tortilla chips. The biggest surprise was the Veggie Taco, this was tasty despite the fact it had no meat."
"Flavorless, small Cali Birria Burrito COMBO for 20$ not worth it when you go to a genuine Mexican Birrea place you get way for for less money. Red Birria Quesadilla COMBO was flat for the price and again flavorless. consome tastes burnt and weird aftertaste the only good thing was the seasoned chips and salsa"

"The tostada bowl was really bad. It had a half an inch of refried beans on the bottom, which were not even mentioned in the description and were an add-on of three dollars if you wanted them. It was also very small not much lettuce. Very poor value since it cost $29 "

Beans are a lot better from a year ago too. Portion is fire even though I just got a bean n cheese (can't say anything about the meat). Honestly very happy with the order. Easy to reheat n no issue. Seems fresh to me but f if I know. Will reorder for sure

"Generous portions, fresh ingredients, very flavorful and well prepared. 5 Rolled Tacos w/ Guacamole are crispy at the ends and softer where the guacamole is. I was happy to find that they weren't desiccated mummies and no fun to try to chew like they can be at other places. These were very nice. The 15. Enchiladas Suizas are delicious and fresh tasting and loaded with chicken. Th rice and beans were everything that I want from rice and beans: soft, not greasy, not clumpy, nicely seasoned. The Cheese Enchilada could have been cooked a bit more. The cheese inside wasn't melted at all. Since this was delivered I just popped it into the microwave and problem solved. They included six little containers of hot sauce too. I will order from here again for sure. "

"Went to the pb location to pick up a taco of the Taco of the Month - FEB because I have had good luck with them in the past.
The pb employees are really nice and welcoming.
The taco of the Taco of the Month - FEB was not the same as it was on the door dash app. The app listed it as having chicken and butternut squash, which sounds amazing. Only to find out the Feb taco called the green machine, which is tempura green beans and I like both of those, so I dug in. Only to find out the only protein in these tacos comes from the 3 green beans (it takes a cup of them for 2 gr of protein), so I got like a third of a gram). It was tasty, and will serve my vegan friends well, but it left me disappointed. No fault of the pb staff, it is all on the person tasked with updating the app because I ordered based on the description. "

"Order the Bolt Fries and it was amazing! HUGE portions! We had 4 people go in and only dented half of the container! We also ordered the Tosilog Burrito and the 5 Mini Tacos. The mini tacos came packed with loads of meat and had awesome flavor. Great flavors of the different dishes and well worth the price, for all the food you're getting. Definitely making this spot my top goto for Mexi fusion. "
"I ordered on DoorDash to be delivered to my work and we were pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes. It was about $60 Pacman Fries and Carne Asada Chips--The containers were OVERFLOWING!! Definitely worth it if you're sharing or eat a lot. The picture I took doesn't do it justice."

"Everything was delicious. This place is honestly a staple of San Diego in my opinion. The rolled tacos were so crispy and flavorful. The burritos were just as flavorful and packed with beans and cheese perfectly."
"Lunch Burrito no potatoes; super tasty. Bacon nice and crispy! Good sized big burrito. But, really wish they sent more than TWO salsas. The size of the burrito def requires more. Other than that, YUM. "

"I ordered an amazing Baja Fish Taco and I felt like I was in San Felipe. yummy tortilla and great Battered Fish . The Cali Burrito is huge, probably 2 and half meals, and delicious meat, guac, salsa fresca.
House made Agua Frescas was pineapple today, and it was so refreshing. I have no idea what some earlier reviews were talking about. This place rocks, always has."
"Breakfast Burrito Carne Asada Burrito both fabulous and will order again. Breakfast Burrito stood out in size and is memorable in a lifetime of 20-40 Breakfast Burritos annually. "El Indio is a staple for every San Diegan who loves Mexican food!
I love their tamales, bar none the best in town. And their taquitos are legendary, with guacamole of course. I squawk, if I don't get my guac! Truth is everything at El Indio is off the chart huge! Bon appetite! Gracias....😎😋❤️🔥💯"
"El Indo is the absolute BEST!! I grew up eating here as a little girl and I'm back visiting my grandpa and we both wanted something from the heart...El Indo read my mind and placed the lettuce/cheese/guac all on the side for such a better eating experience
Just like I remember!

"This has been my go to spot recently. Not too salty and just the right amount of food for a couple people. Highly recommended the rolled tacos and pollo asado burrito."
"The Surf and Turf fries were absolutely inedible. A big plate of soggy potatoes, and dripping in grease and the bite i did take showed it had absolutely no flavor. Tough carne asada and unseasoned little shrimps."

"You want some solid comfort food that's amazing quality too? La Fuente is where it's at. I've lived in San Diego two separate times and La Fuente is easily one of my favorite Mexican restaurants between prices, taste and consistency.
I recommend either the surf & turf fries if you're looking for something BIG TIME filling or the five mini tacos if you're looking for a meal that will leave you comfortably full! Those are just my favorites though."
"Fast delivery. Great sizd portions, however I felt like my rolled tacos were mostly just rolled tortillas- not a lot of meat inside and was very soggy. Would not order again
Beans, Rice, and Cheese Burrito was great portion sized but not my favorite, very salty and lackluster. Also would not order this again "
