Last time I ordered, my rice and beans was missing, and my horchata was missing. Plus, the container of guacamole I paid extra for was only half filled and browning. The cheese on the taquitos is just thrown on every single time, and doesn't even melt on the taquitos evenly whatsoever. It's actually comical sometimes how messily it's thrown together. Also, even when they remember to include my rice and beans, it's thrown on top of everything, super messy. Just like the cheese. And all the missing items. The attention to detail is just not there. I used to be a fan but I probably will not be ordering here again. And the taquitos are the only affordable item on the menu. The rest is horribly overpriced. A side of plain tortilla chips is $5? And every other meal being at least $20 for something like a basic burrito. Maybe if it was higher quality food, but this is like fast food quality. Dissapointed and not sure if I'll order again."

Lots of flavor, lettuce had a perfect crunch to it, the toast was toasted immaculately, the turkey was absolutely flavorful, the mayo is appropriately spread, and the bacon was cooked great and complements the whole sandwich perfectly! The potato salad side was great too! Satisfying crunch too, and that perfect amount of tang to it! The Ranch side is arguably one of the best ranch's I've ever had! It's t he Classic Ranch that works well with Chicken strips, Fries, pizza, and most importantly, this Traditional Club Sandwich! "Avilas Lake Forest food has been stellar since they tented for termites and had drain pipes worked on.
I waited a few months until they were done. Now the food is seriously better than it has ever been. I'm a longtime Newport and Costa Mesa Avilas fan and right now Avilas Lake Forest is #1! The chips are consistently fresh and fried perfectly. Salsas are fresh! My Fresco Burrito the last 3 weeks is perfection and tried my kids Quesadilla Avila and the cheese is best in the world!
