Thats how the cheeseburgers looked when they were opened. Things are microwaved now as well. This def was not cooked to order. The cold shakes were in the same bag as the fries! Thats how they got colder for sure. This store has gone way downhill the past couple of years as I have many times gotten drive thru orders and they would either not fill up the fries enough or forget an item. When you spend about $70 for a family of 5 you would hope to at least get hot food. Not worth it anymore even for a treat for the kids. "
