"The Shoyu Ramen is really good! The broth is flavorful and the beef is tasty, if a little dry. The menu set up in the doordash app has a lot of room for improvement, because I tried to order "extra gluten free noodles" and they did send them but they also sent the regular ramen noodles. Worse, they sent the regular noodles in the same bowl as the rest of the toppings so if you have an actual risk there you're better off ordering elsewhere. They could stand to refine the menu to have gluten free substitutions instead of just extras. But the packaging is perfect, especially for ramen because the broth was separate from everything else, and the toppings (jammy eggs especially) were good quality. I'd recommend it, with the caveat that you can't be lulled into a sense of safety if you have food sensitivities."

I have mostly done dine-in but take-out was just as great. the Angus Beef Steak Fried Rice is a really good size and is filling, and the steak was cookd to perfection, being tender an not chewy. The Japan Potato Croquettes are my favorite side I've had a a Japanese restaurant and are always freshly cooked and crispy. I have also had most of the ramen and I love all of them.
