No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. "Love their Tiger Tail worth the price. Price matters sometimes but this is the size of two regular donuts anyway it's big and what you see is what you get too loaded with cinnamon and super fresh! Like their coffee cups too they are textured on the outside so it doesnt slip and wind up in your lap! They have it together providing great products and going the extra mile for their customers! It's really refeshing! The city small business commerce should recognize them."

"I only got one item correct out of my 5 item order. The Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant was super tasty and larger than I thought- real bacon, not microwaved. The Butter Milk Donut was actually an old fashioned glazed donut but it was still good. They substituted a cinnamon roll for the Butterfly Fancy which made me sad because it's the reason I ordered from here. I have no idea if what they sent me for the Lemon Donut was correct, it was just a plain donut and very bland- no lemon flavor at all. Finally- the Pink Sparkle Donut was a pink sprinkle donut... very average, kinda stale. I'm not ordering from here again."
