"The food is usually good but the past two times we've ordered the containers are thrown into a plastic bag and the cheese sauce leaked everywhere leaving us with barely sauced noodles and chicken. The bags werent tied to limit movement or anything. The food itself is 4.8 ish stars, but the packaging needs some help to ensure the food makes it to where it needs to go. Dinners are massive portions. We can eat dinner and still have lunch the next day and still end up tossing some. Boyfriend says the chocolate cake is really good. It's a massive slice."
"This place takes customer service to the NEXT LEVEL. We always loved the food itself but we were having issues with everything leaking before it got to us. I included that in my last review, and what happened the next time we ordered?!? Everything was wrapped up as snug as could be. Ten stars. Special instructions are ALWAYS followed. Other restaurants should order from here to see how proper take out should be done.
The food itself hits the spot. Mac and cheese is tasty. Chicken is always yummy, never had any chewy bits. Sauces are delicious. Red velvet cake, cheesecake (didn't get a pic) and chocolate lovers cake is to die for!! Portions are out of this world. One order makes it lunch for the next two days and then some!
