"I used to eat at Panera several times a week about 5 years ago and haven't been there in quite some time. I ordered today and wow ... the quality totally went downhill. The portion size for a "whole" salad was what the half size used to be. The chicken tastes like store-bought packaged chicken which didn't use to be the case. You used to be able to add a variety of other ingredients to your salad and that doesn't seem to be available. Even the dressing cup is smaller. The only consistently good item was the French Baguette which is still delicious.
I can't justify paying the cost of these salads anymore. I used to think to myself "I know this is expensive, but it is so worth it." Not anymore! It's really not much different than a salad from a fast-food restaurant. Save yourself money and get a salad somewhere else. "

The noodles lacked flavor and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The fried rice was plain and didn’t taste fresh.
The presentation wasn’t great either. Everything was piled on one side, making it look like the container wasn’t filled properly. I felt like I got more rice and noodles than the actual entrée. The meal wasn’t hot when I received it, and the quality just didn’t match what I was expecting.
I’ve ordered Chinese food from a lot of places before, and this was one of the more disappointing experiences. Between the small portions, uneven quality, and lack of freshness, I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. Hopefully they improve their portions and food quality in the future, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t rush to order again."
