"We ordered two steaks , with sides and the order cost about $80. The steaks were small, tough and fatty. The curly chips were under cooked and the meal arrived cold. Complete waste of money and would never order from them again. Really disappointed as it was a lot to spend on something that was prepared in such a poor fashion and such bad quality meat. If you're paying over $35 for a steak it should at least be edible

my preferences: I don't like the flavour of the meat to dominate the burger, like a balanced taste
portion size: Massive Burgers , for me personally too much meat per burger (ex: in Chicken Schnitzel Burger they have put in 1 1/3 Schnitzel)
Taste: This is where the problem comes not a good tasting burger atleast for me, for the normal Chicken Burger the chicken looks seasoned but the taste is bland boiled chicken , Chicken Schnitzel Burger had raw onions instead of fried onions and the Schnitzel itself , maybe due to my personal taste preferences didn't taste that good
