I paid the upcharge to swap the chicken for steak, and I think I found exactly one lonely piece of steak in the entire burrito. At this point, the meat was basically a garnish. Thanks for the involuntary diet—and for helping me decide not to waste another $40 here."

"Absolutely unacceptable. My food was handed to me in what looked like a small garbage bag. That alone was disgusting and unprofessional. The eggs were overcooked, dry, tasted old, and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. I ordered turkey sausage and was given what appeared to be pork sausage instead, which is a serious issue because I do not eat pork.
What makes this even worse is that the app showed my order as ready, but when I arrived it suddenly wasn’t. The entire experience felt careless, disrespectful, and poorly managed.
I paid for fresh food and accurate service and received neither. I want a full refund immediately. Based on this experience, I will never eat here again and would not recommend this location to anyone

I really want to enjoy this food, but the cook just didn't do a good job at all. I've ordered before and gotten great food, but it took an hour to get it. This time I tried ordering it express and got raw eggs and missing whipped cream, but I did get it faster. Everything is already incredibly pricey for the cost of ingredients and labor involved, so I expect the food to be as described."
