"Consistently has served us overcooked chicken that was difficult to eat. After giving this specific location a third try, our order was once again incorrect. Two sides were missing, including 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, and one of the three-piece meals only had two pieces of chicken in the box.
We were also not provided napkins or straws for the drinks, which I normally would overlook if the food and order had been correct. At this point, it seems like the manager or owner needs to step in and address these ongoing issues. Based on other reviews, it appears that I am not the only customer having this type of experience at this location."
