The lobster salad was abundant and rich, the tempura shrimp were also delicious and easily found with even some small pieces of shrimp every now and then. This is a very rich, layered, incredibly flavorful sushi made with the best, expensive seafood land the sweetness from small sections of fresh mango balanced the delightful acidity of the tomatoes in the sauce while also balancing the spiciest of the jalapeños. Kudos to the wonderful sushi chef who made this. Oh, and my strawberry bubble tea... the best tasting strawberry beverage I've ever had. This entire meal was incredible!
