Don't know what it is but it's delicious. And some stuff I did not order but I guess was just included. I call it the Green Death. It's apparently a sort of pesto made from depleted uranium. An extra pita and a small fry. These folks need to talk with their fry person. The fries were sad. Hardly fried at all and the falafels were hammered. Way overdone. And everything was just thrown randomly into a clamshell. So I had falafel in the hummus and the pitas were all wet from condensation. It wasn't appetizing, and considering that this order cost over 40 bucks they should have done better. I spent a lot of years in the business and I know how important consistency is and this is going to be a problem here. BTW the grilled chicken was not very good. Tough little nugs of fairly flavorless chicken. The gyro meat was a much better choice when I ordered last time. This place has real potential but they need to work on some things. It's all about attention to detail. The DoorDash delivery was perfect as it usually is."
