"Always the hearty Cobb salad as I remember it. The portion size is the same as it always has been, which depending on your appetite...this is a definitely a shareable salad. I appreciate them honoring my request for extra egg and bacon, which they've always done in the past. I'd prefer more green parts in the romaine and not just the hearts, still doable though. One thing for sure, and this might sound nit picky, but this no plastic bag thing has gone off the rails. If ordinances were passed to ban plastic in your county, it should be a normal cost of doing business to provide paper bags. If someone's dining in and they don't want or require a bag is one thing, but when the public is using meal delivery services, it's not a good look that a driver has to handle and balance your bagless containers against them. It is in essence passing along your costs to the consumer with no regards to how it makes them feel when our food arrives. Presentation still matters in the restaurant business. My comment below is specific to DoorDash. On DoorDash you can't make changes to the standard order for example requesting "no hot sauce" though you can leave a comment. In my experience the comments are not read. I can't tolerate hot sauce. For me the hot sauce they use is extremely spicy so I can't eat it. I tried to eat around it, but it's spread all over and is very difficult to avoid. My two DoorDash orders requested "no hot sauce" but it came both times. I now realize that I can't order on DoorDash because there is not a way to reliably request changes. I didn't request a refund because I can't expect that they will be able to accommodate a request through a comment. I hope they add the option to make edits to their orders. It's great to be able to order for delivery when I am working and can't leave to pickup my food."
