Combination Meat Chow Mein / 雜錦炒麵was ok nothing special and almost lacked that wholesome flavor for authentic chinese food. Fried Prawns / 炸蝦was cooked perfectly and tasted great! Popcorn Chicken / 鹽酥雞 was seasoned well! Beef Chow Fun / 乾炒牛河 was surprisingly very good with good flavors. The juice was delightful, pretty standard, I got exactly what I expected.
The salad however, I had very little expectations of it because I have low expectations whenever I try a place for the first time, but it sounded like it would be the right combo of hearty and light. IT WAS EXACTLY THAT. The dressing was light and tangy, the pickled onions were perfectly pickled, the amount of grilled chicken was the perfect amount. It was crunchy, it was flavorful, it was a delicious salad without the extra croutons or creamy dressing.
