The texture of both cakes also left something to be desired, and were slightly wet on the bottom as though they had been sitting in their own condensation for too long. Based on the pictures, we expected generous slices. The small round portions that were received were certainly not worth the large price. Very disappointed."

"First of all my DoorDash driver was fantastic and quick. The only thing I need to complain about is the FRESHNESS of the food. My whopper bun crumbled apart like breadcrumbs from the store. The buns were just completely old and should not have been put on any fresh hamburger/sandwich. My large french fry order was only half full and they were cold and soggy. The trip from Burger King to my house is very short so there is no way that is the cause. I'm sure everyone is working hard at Burger King to do right, but someone needs to be on top of these kinds of issues so that when you pay $60 for three sandwiches and a couple of drinks your meal is at least fresh.
