"I am not a picky person. But coffee from Starbucks is supposed to be the best coffee. What I ordered was a Caffè Latte and a bagel. I've had latte's before and this was one of the worse I've had. It was cool not hot. And worse off It looked and tasted extremely light. And I did not ask for extra soy milk. It also had that taste where you can tell the coffee/expresso is weak cause it's watered down so much so that you can see and taste that. I didn't ask for my latte to be like this. I would really like a refund. That's not ok to spend 7$ on what I got. :( "
