"I have had the BBQ Ranch Barbeque Ranch Chicken Salad a hundred times, and this was terrible. There was barely any lettuce, cucumbers, beans and corn in this salad. You can see by the photos that the container is half empty. In addition to being half empty, the lettuce quality was terrible. They gave me the white crispy pieces of the romaine and barely any green parts. I recieved a fast food quality salad, for the cost of $25 bucks. "

"The Garlic Mizithra is for SURE my favorite thing on the menu! I don't think I've ever gotten anything other than this, and even before they had this version, I have ALWAYS gotten the mizithra because no one else has it! And I highly suggest getting a side of the 5 oz. Side Creamy Pesto dressing to dip your bread in! Again, very unique to this restaurant! I maybe order from here once a year because it is a bit pricey and far from me, so even with Dashpass, I still have to pay a small delivery fee...BUT...WORTH EVERY PENNY! And don't get me started on the Spumoni...I have selective lactose intolerance for ice cream, and I will gladly suffer to eat it!😆"
"The spaghetti with rich meat sauce was literally 2 tablespoons and the noodles were ovecooked and there was no seasoning on the food. I also paid for two meatballs which were also bland and some of the noodles were hard. Almost 35 dollars for what could be bought at a grocery store for a few dollars. No seasoning was discernible. I had to add garlic salt, Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce I had at home with parmesan cheese to eat it. I have never had really bad Italian food until now in 10 states. Disgusting, bland and overpriced. In 1 photo, the sauce was supposed to be "rich meat sauce".There was nothing in the sauce I could tell was meat. I added the 2 meatballs to add some sauce stuck to them. I would never order from them again. How is this place in business? The salad was miniscule and no dressing was given when I ordered the vinaigrette. It is unreal."

"We were really hoping for a delicious new wood fired pizza that we can have delivered. So we order from Craftsman and got a Principal and a Hawaiian. Unfortunately I am not sure we found it. The dough on one of the two pizzas was quite undercooked, which can happen with pizzas with a lot of moist toppings. The flavors on them were very good but both needed more time in the oven. We will give it another shot as we have been either visiting or ordering pizzas every Friday night from different shops in Orange County, but tonights meal was definitely not one of favorites."
