"I was quite surprised first time customer. The hashbrowns were exactly what I didn't expect as a majority of restaurants gives sloppy wet mush. I love how this restaurant got it exactly crispy to perfection 👌. The scrambled eggs were soft and not hard nor dry. The biscuit was warm, fluffy and buttered as requested. The sausage patties were not salty. Though the wheat bread was not supposed to be to toasted, I despise anything toast. They still gave utensils even though I didn't need so no issue there. "Wow this is what I'm talking about , this is one of my all time favorite burger joints, one of my first jobs back in the day too, I corporate trained for a opening, so i know how great the food is, but the other locations -since the pandemic, charge like 16$ + for a regular cheeseburger & this location charges the normal prices $8+ just like i used to pay when they first opened back in 2011 & the number one reason i stopped ordering with them everyday, so thank you for being fair and pricing correctly. This is the best burgers you can get quality wise - all natural, no preservatives, or steroid's , the best hands down. i wish they had the option to get the custard shakes online, love the banana churro with real churros on the side, the secret menus urban fries with the garlic aioli drizzle and mixed with Cajun is the best hands down and a double build your own loaded with 13 unlimited fresh toppings and extra white cheddar is my go to meal. So glad they partnered with apple cinema i invested over 13k into their stocks and i believe they're the next big thing, way better then five guys and in and out can ever be. please keep it up i wish more people knew about how you use all recycled furniture in your establishments and how fresh the food is compared to any other options, your veg burgers one of a kind , lettuce wrap options, foot long hotdogs, chicken tenders/sandwiches are a newer options haven't tried that yet but don't forget your extra burgerfi sauce and i look forward to this being my new go to for some great food . "I ordered a 12ct nuggets meal with a medium Mac n cheese and a cherry coke. I'm a server also, so I can tell that the coke needed to be changed bc it definitely was lacking flavor. The Mac n cheese cup is usually filled to the top, the one I got was maybe filled a bit more than half way. And the chicken nuggets didn't seem like they were fried long enough, instead of the normal golden brown, they were a light tan color and the texture was somewhat chewy rather than crispy. The whole meal was off. I usually love Chick-fil-A, but I'm not sure if I'll eat it again after this meal. The quality was just not good, and seems like whoever made it didn't really care to give out a decent meal."

Who would want to eat that or pay that much money but then have the problem of an untoasted bagel? This time it was a single serving of lox - one slice - when the order was a double. Ordered capers, one side had no capers. All the capers were wadded up in the bagel hole, on one side. What the heck? Management needs to step through routines with staff and do double checks before sending orders out."

"Quantity and size proportions of the food does not match the cost of the food. The red beans and rice cost five dollars plus, they're about big enough to feed a toddler. The shrimp are so small that if you put four of them together, you get one decent size shrimp. And finally, we paid $.89 a piece for four orders of cocktail sauce, which were never put in the bag with the rest of the food. So all in all it was most definitely a very poor experience from Popeyes.."
