SUNDAY BRUNCH: exactly as described and delicious. the cake is billoy soft and the flavor is true cinnamon (think of smelling warm coffee cake baking). The frosting is true cream frosting: perfectly whipped, no artificial taste, imagine more like dream whip as opposed to cool whip or heavy crisco. The frosting is delicious maybe closer to Swedish Buttercream or Italian Buttercream; it's just heavenly. Only lightly sweet.

"I'm a frosting snob, I like whipped cream frosting. That's about it. I liked the frostng on the vanilla cupcake for a brief moment,until I got to the cupcake part.
