"I have had nothing but bad experiences with this cafe. This review will be kind of long.
Today I decided to give them another shot but I was met with bland tasting items. I tried the seasonal mango matcha and I don't know if it was because I changed out the coconut milk for oat milk but it was sour, had little to no matcha flavor, and didn't have any sweetener. I also got the signature burrito as the picture made it look beautifully browned and with good portion however what I received was unseasoned, small, and not browned at all which was severely disappointing.
A year ago I was in there and got 2 drinks since the menu was intriguing to me and both of them were awful along with a barista who completely ignored us, she wouldn't even look at us and overall I believe she should not be working in customer service as server myself. The matcha wasn't properly mixed so it had many clumps of the powder in the bottom of the cup and the latte I ordered tasted like the coffee was old, the oat milk was separating which i have seen many times before but not to that extent, I ended up drinking half and tossing the rest as it was making me feel sick.
I am sorry but I will not be coming back again, I have been consistently disappointed. "

"Way better than Leo's, but even my 6 y/o son makes better food than them. If you're looking for a restaurant that is better than my 6y/o's cooking and about 98% of local restaurants, this is the place. Food is always properly cooked to order and delicious. Today was no exception. However, we missed out on the incredible staff experience. If you can't get to the restaurant, this will do well. Biscuits & Gravy was smothered in the flavorful gravy. Most doordash places will just put enough to kinda cover the biscuits, but not here. Kids loved the Mickey Kids Chocolate Chip Pancake with Meat. Gosh darn it if you haven't eaten here yet, just try it.

"Got a Reuben sandwich and cheese fries and a coke. $26 before delivery fees and tip. Sandwich came uncooked on one side (no grill marks) and soggy. Cheese fries in same container with sandwich and cheese and fries went all over sandwich. No thousand island dressing on sandwich or on the side as stated. Very small amount of corned beef on sandwich. Fries soggy and not cooked enough. Can get better quality and quantity for half the price at Arby's. Sad a fast food joint is better than this high priced slop. The $4 pop on the menu also is a size small like 12oz as well. I'll never be back here."

"Highly disappointed, attached is what passes for a $19 sandwich I guess. Two tiny pieces of turkey, possibly one slice if we are generous of bacon (which I paid extra for), and a tiny sprinkle of lettuce with two very tiny quarters of a slice of tomato. This is a far cry from what an Olga sandwich normally entails. To add insult to injury the cream of broccoli soup was watered down & the snackers were missing their season, just sliced bread with maybe a tiny spritz of the seasoning. Will not be back. Was willing to pay $105 for a family of 4 when the food was amazing but this is ridiculous. Either shrinkflation has hit Olga's or their competent cooks have left. Either way I will be going elsewhere from now on."
