"While our prior pizza orders from this Big Y have always been good, this evening, 8/6/25, I ordered a door dash pizza with extra cheese and onions. While I paid a premium for the extra cheese and onion toppings, what I received was a very under-cooked pizza with huge, bubbled edges, little sauce, and what I would consider to be a typical and expected amount of cheese (and onions), but certainly not extra cheese. This pizza was so "doughy" it was more like cheese bread than pizza, and it was clear that the preparer has not been properly trained to make an acceptably good pizza nor follow the customer's request regarding preferred toppings. Very disappointed with this purchase. "

As a training tip, Mayonnaise is a condiment, not something the customer wants in a one inch thick layer as if it were a cheese and spices, unless asked to apply extra, are not a layer they are a sprinkled topping for flavors. The entire bottle of spices came on this mini spoiling any chance to eat it as a sandwich. If the top falls off, get the customer a new sandwich made. After attempting to scrape the excessive off and the bread disintegrating, I rolled the two thin slices of provolone and four pieces of meat to eat. There was no saving the bread or vegetables in this debacle."

"I want to preface this review by mentioning that they were out of Roast Beef for The 6. Outback, and called me to ask if they could substitute it with Turkey, to which I agreed was fine. This was after my initial call to them to make sure that my request for condiments to be omitted/put on the side was honored (as I wanted to taste the actual food, and not condiments) so I am not sure they would have called me back to ask about the substitution. Nevertheless, it's important to credit them for the excellent customer service regardless; they made the effort!
As you can see, the sandwich was piled high and the ingredients were fresh! The Time Square and Hamburguesa con Queso / Cheeseburger were also delicious and fresh, and the fries were crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside (how I prefer them.) I will definitely try them again, as I am still curious about how their roast beef tastes. I have provided photos, in hopes it does the food justice, and I hope you give them a try."
