Portions on veggies were very skimpy, no cheese was provided despite being ordered, entire sandwich was cold despite being ordered toasted, and flatbread had a cracker-like consistency, literally cracking and breaking as we tried to eat it.
My son's tuna sandwich was equally skimpy on portions, little more than a smear of tuna salad, stale bread.
This is not the first time ordering from this location resulted in small portions of poor quality food, but it it the last. Others who live downtown have had similar experiences, and at this point we're all convinced that this store uses delivery as an excuse to offload old ingredients and prepare poorly constructed sandwiches because the customer isn't there to call them on it."
