It usually in ways that don't affect the taste such as using thick or thinner fries for California Nachos so I never mind. However the Quesabirria taco (1pc) has been the most inconsistent in quality. It's usually solid but this time around it was very tasteless and the consume wasn't even birria just beef stock. So as a restaurant I'm always rooting for this place's success but I rather had them tell me they ran out of Birria then give me whatever that was. So probably skip out on the Birria but I would still recommend this place as a whole."
