"I ordered my daughter the TONKOTSU RAMEN WITH FRESH GINGER & SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS. She said it's really yummy & as good as the ramen she can get in Seattle or NYC! She said she would've liked the egg just a little bit softer but that's just her preference & it was still very good. The broth was rich & flavorful without being greasy or salty. I also got her the PAN FRIED GYOZA. She said it has a tasty filling and pan frying gave it the perfect crispy-chewy texture, which she prefers over steamed or deep fried ones. To drink, I got her the LYCHEE PEACH FRUIT TEA WITH ALOE JELLY, 70% SUGAR & REGULAR ICE. She said it's very refreshing and has real lychee & peach flavor. She loves aloe jelly and said there's a good amount so you get some with every sip. The 70% sugar was just the right sweetness for her and it was a generous cup of iced tea with the regular amount of ice. She said all of it was 5 stars & she's definitely requesting this restaurant again! She really wants to try their sushi next time!"
