"I order Perkins a lot because the food is tasty and a good value. Not sure what happened , but they totally dropped the ball on this one. The Turkey Dinner included a slice that was about 3" long and another slice that was about half that size buried under a messy scoop of mashed potatoes; no dressing or cranberry sauce as described. A dinner salad was chosen as a side for the Grilled Pork Chops entrée and a side salad was also part of this order. I got one side salad and one box of the same size that contained a handful of lettuce, nothing else. The pork chops were very fatty, difficult to cut through, and cold. After cutting away the fat, there was probably enough lean to have made up one small boneless chop. The bacon on the Big Bacon BLT looked like microwaved bacon and had an odd smell. The bread was stale and tomatoes were soggy, so the whole thing was tossed out. As far as sides went, the baked potato soup, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, buttered corn, side salad, chocolate chip cookie, Chocolate Walnut Brownie were all delicious. I was really disappointed in this experience but all others have been wonderful."

"Naturally, I always read reviews... especially on behalf of Dashed Chipotle.... and having the most recent review address how cold the food AND MEAT were and then my entire order be the most disgusting and disrespectful thing I have ever ordered is INSANE. I only ordered hoping that the rating would be a different story, but no. This chipotle deserves less than zero stars. My burrito was actually freezing. Not just cold, but like it was chilled in the freezer and then given to the driver and delivered to me. The tacos' MEAT WAS NOT EVEN CUT UP?????? It was ONE HUGE CHUNK in each taco 1) taking up the entire taco so toppings could hardly be added and 2) so the toppings that were added weren't even IN the shell, just slammed on top, creating a disgusting mess upon trying to open the foil. What is even more fun is how all three taco shells had been split right down the middle :) The side of queso that is like $5 was put into the smallest side container and was not the actual serving size ORDERED. I am FURIOUS. Me and my children waited almost an hour for arrival and to have to throw our entire $60 worth of food into the trash and have our time wasted while visiting Pigeon Forge is just... I hope this chipotle and every other chipotle that has ONLY gone down hill gets it together or CLOSES. Never, ever ordering Chipotle again. In person OR ON DOORDASH.
