The sandwich was 90% salt, buttered and toasted bread with 10% actual meat. The sandwich is so salty that it needs either a sweet bbq sauce or something to cut the saltiness. There is some kind of yellow sauce on the sandwich but it is so sparse that I couldn't taste or really see. I ended up having to remove the bread and just eat the brisket which was tough and did not taste great. I'm very disappointed and probably will not order from there again. "

"I've had High Byrd twice now and I'm not gonna lie, when I first tried it I was a little skeptical because I'm not a fan of the other restaurants in this same location. For $18.50, I expected a much better sandwich. The eggs lacked that rich, creamy texture that makes Korean-style egg sandwiches so good. If you’ve had Egg Tuck before, you know exactly what I’m talking about. These just tasted like plain scrambled eggs.
The sauce was decent, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. I also paid $4 for hash browns, and they came out completely unseasoned. A little salt would have gone a long way.
Overall, I don’t feel like the quality matches the price. I wanted to like this place, but I left feeling like it just wasn’t worth the cost. Also, not sure whats going on with the building but it's not set up as an operating restaurant."
