Sometimes takeout can be super salty. This food was well seasoned, not over salted really authentic. Not Dominican, but grew up in a Dominican neighborhood in NYC and this reminded me of that. The Sancocho was small, but very tasty and came with a side of rice that could be 3 servings easily. The Chicharron was a good balance of meaty pieces and fatty pieces. Easily 2 servings.
