"Sorry to say, Cold Ice Cream should be delivered hard and cold to the customer, especially when your location is 0.2 miles from us. Instead we got two cups of warm sweet cream. We also answered YES to the question asking if we needed utensils. There were no spoons, so my wife (this is her husband typing) ate her Ice Cream Mush with a plastic fork. Napkins were provided; four, the size of a patch of toilet paper.
