In my opinion, the Sooo Cali's bun to filling ration was off a tad as the hawaiian rolls seemed slightly overpowering, but definitely the right choice of bun for the Cowboy and holds up to the cheese immaculately! Mine was fully loaded and I ate half for breakfast and lunch and my friend had my other half for her breakfast the next day. There used to be lots of places that did breakfast burritos like this, but they started shrinking their portions and the potatoes tasted like they were microwaved. Not here!
The potatoes tasted fresh and weren't grainy, there were good portions of all the meats, and the burrito was big for what you pay.
