"Not exaggerating in the slightest when I say this might be the only Chinese I've ever ordered in the state of CT that felt like the restaurant cares about its food quality. The C4. Pepper Steak/青椒牛 was absolutely loaded with steak and they did not skimp on the meat like a lot of places do and give you only cheap vegetables (awesome portions).
