"For $20 rib tips for garbage they were tough. The flavor was bad. They were dry and the parts that weren't dry were full of fat and gristle. I wanted to give this place a try because people had raved about it since I moved to Michigan, but this place is somewhere that will never give my business again. The food is so not worth the money or the wait. I'm sure for people who have grown up with this food. It's great becoming from somebody who didn't grow up with this type of food. It's really underwhelming and actually pretty disappointing because I paid for basically eight rib tips about an inch long that were full of fat or so dry I needed to constantly floss my mouth while I was eating that's actually ridiculous. I don't wanna bash people who like this place please I'm sure they have some good locations and some good food but the location I went to and the food I got was bad enough that I won't be back. I'm actually pretty upset that I won't get that $20 back either just because of how bad the food was."

"Always on another level! Other local Mediterranean places tend to be very hit-or-miss, but not Ike's. The falafel was crispy on the outside without being dry on the inside. The grilled veggies and salads always show up fresh and not wilted like you sometimes get from delivery. My only criticism would be the chicken that comes with the shawarma and fattoush - while very tasty, the chicken tends to be a little dry. The kebabs do not have the same problem, they are perfectly browned and juicy. The cabbage rolls and grape leaves are always tightly rolled and cooked perfectly. This is my favorite place to order from when people come to visit. There's something for everyone and my vegan friends appreciate the large number of options. Keep up the great work!"
