"This is some of the best House Special Fried Rice I've ever had. I'm not a fan of soggy, mushy rice. This rice is on the firmer side, some people may think dry and hard, this is my preferred way. I like to add a pat of butter, some soy sauce and with the rice like this, it absorbs so much better. The meat and shrimp are cooked spot on. The rice, meat and veg ratio is pretty good.
