Although the food arrived quite expeditiously from the time I placed my order, it wasn't as warm as I was expecting. The one rib I got was cold and the beef was room temperature. Also, the beef was a combo of chopped and small quarters, which I wasn't expecting. I was hoping for full bite-sized pieces. My chicken was tender but semi-dry in some pieces. I'm not certain of I ordered on a bad day but, my food has always been piping hot when I got it home (I live minutes from the restaraunt). I was also disappointed in the portions. In the past, I had enough food for two servings. However, not today. Seems like everywhere else; prices go up and portions go down.
