"I typically do not leave reviews, whether an experience is good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to because of how unbelievably poor this order was.
The egg and cheese sandwich was completely ruined by the bread being burnt. Not lightly toasted or slightly overdone—burnt. The first thing I tasted was charred bread, which made the sandwich unpleasant to eat from the start.
The tuna sub was somehow even worse. The sauce was thrown on so carelessly that it leaked through the entire sandwich wrapper and soaked through the bag. By the time I got it, it looked like it had been tossed around with no regard for presentation or quality. It was messy, sloppy, and frustrating to deal with.
What really surprised me was the complete lack of consistency. One half of the sub had virtually no cheese on it at all, while the other half had an excessive amount. It honestly felt like two different people made each half without paying attention to what they were doing. Basic quality control seemed completely absent.
I’ve ordered plenty of sandwiches from different places and understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mistake. The entire order felt rushed, careless, and poorly prepared. When customers pay for food, they expect at least the basics to be done correctly. Unfortunately, this order missed the mark in almost every way possible.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know what to expect. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the quality of this order was unacceptable."

"As a culinarian of 14 years, this was the poorest quality I have ever received from this location. The shrimp was extremely overcooked, the beef tasted as if it was just exiting the serve by date and probably sat in its blood as it neared rot and the serving was barely 3oz of either shrimp or beef. This was a last minute and lazy performance done this poorly simply because it was an online order. The fried rice was still completely white with a slight whitened sear from it being flash warmed on the grill. Absolute garbage."

I couldn't tell by the photo, but the Cantonese Style Vegetarian Stir-Fried Noodles were not the type of noodle I wanted, BUT it was still really delicious.
The Steamed AND Pan Fried (yes, we got both) were so flavorful.

If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. Overall, it's a diverse assortment of quality spices and flavors (some imported) which justifies the price. I wish it had more heat, but that's just my taste lol. Comes with rice."

One of my favorite restaurants around Troy. I've been going here for years. It is also convenient as its location is close to office buildings and other establishments. Food is always fresh and delicious. The ambient inside the restaurant is cozy and neat. The staff are always very welcoming and kind to their patrons/customers, whether dine in, take out or door dash pick up. I had an order mishap today for the first time where it is also my fault. "Not as fresh as i would have liked. The Sea Urchin Gunkan* (1pc) was off, it was discolored and tasted like bile, couldn't eat it.I didn't receive my Seared Salmon Toro* which was disappointing. The 2 best items IMO, were the Crunchy Hand Roll and the Panko Tuna Wrap, the flavor was delicious. The Snow Crab Meat Gunkan, the crab meat tasted like the tinned crab meat you get at the grocery store, had the consistency of canned tuna. The Albacore Toro "Bintoro"* was just ok. The Yuzu Jalapeno Sweet Shrimp* had a delicious yet very subtle citrus flavor that made it lovely. The American Wagyu Gunkan* ..... I don't think it was wagyu, it was way overcooked and underwhelming. The Negitoro Hand Roll* was like a patè, taste was good but both hand rolls were very loose and fell apart. the Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon* was good as well, nothing remarkable. The restaurant itself i would recommend going in person, maybe then it'd be better. the price point was fantastic for what you receive."

"I was going to rate this 4 stars, but I just got upcharged for substituting Cream Cheese for Cucumbers on the Salmonator roll. So I was charged extra just for asking for a simple substitution. First time a sushi restaurant has ever done that to me. I guess cucumbers are more expensive than cream cheese. Also, though their rolls are good with their sauces, their rice is substandard for sushi. It's barely seasoned, if at all. Sushi rice should be seasoned with a vinegar base. And the reason I wanted cucumbers is for texture. I noticed most of their rolls have none. This means the rolls will be mushy. "
