One of my favorite restaurants around Troy. I've been going here for years. It is also convenient as its location is close to office buildings and other establishments. Food is always fresh and delicious. The ambient inside the restaurant is cozy and neat. The staff are always very welcoming and kind to their patrons/customers, whether dine in, take out or door dash pick up. I had an order mishap today for the first time where it is also my fault. They handled it very efficiently. I am impressed and grateful for the courtesy given to me. An added point to mention is that they play K-drama on their TV screen. Check them out and support. :)"

"As a culinarian of 14 years, this was the poorest quality I have ever received from this location. The shrimp was extremely overcooked, the beef tasted as if it was just exiting the serve by date and probably sat in its blood as it neared rot and the serving was barely 3oz of either shrimp or beef. This was a last minute and lazy performance done this poorly simply because it was an online order. The fried rice was still completely white with a slight whitened sear from it being flash warmed on the grill. Absolute garbage."

If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. Overall, it's a diverse assortment of quality spices and flavors (some imported) which justifies the price. I wish it had more heat, but that's just my taste lol. Comes with rice."

Eat them same day! It's hard to find a sweet large dinner roll like this! Some of the sauces leaked out of the packaging.
I was pretty sure the fried roll with the meal was pork only (I purposely clicked the description or I would have opted out) but turns out it had shrimp in it!
