"The A3. Prawn Salad Roll is just okay. I've ordered it multiple times, but it's not my favourite. The peanut sauce just tastes like peanut butter, and the rolls are mostly iceberg lettuce, no bean sprouts or interesting filling. This time they were wrapped pretty messily, too and there was other food residue on the outside of the rolls, like they were made on a dirty cutting board or cut with a dirty knife. Still, I'll probably order them again. The E1. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is also not the best I've had, but it's good. Not sure if it's worth $7, but it's good. Overall average in flavour and quality. The biggest thing I'd wish they'd change is the peanut sauce, because it's the least favourite of any peanut sauce I've had anywhere."

"The 50. Thai Hot & Sour Soup used to be my favourite soup I've ever had. I hadn't ordered it in awhile and it was disappointing this time. Lots of noodles and cabbage, with less seafood (half as much squid as before), veggies, and bean sprouts (barely a tablespoon) than usual. Plus the fried garlic and seasoning used to be amazing and this time it was just okay. The broth is also not as good as it used to be, it was oddly sweet and not sour.

"Discovered this place when we visited for a long weekend. We ordered veggie pho with added seafood, a couple of bowls wings and tofu rolls. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The meat tasted smoky like it was cooked on a grill and it was well flavored and well cooked. The pho broth was delicious and not at all sweet as can be the case in some pho places. Fried Noodles/udon are udon with assorted veg (broccoli, green onion, bean sprouts) and your choice of protein. The sushi items I ordered (Salmon / 6 Pcs , Ika Nigiri / 2 Pcs , Salmon (Atlantic) Nigiri / 2 Pcs ) were all made fresh to order and delicious. you can tell care and attention goes into the sushi as the garnish is not your cookie cutter sushi joint "plastic grass" and iceberg lettuce. There were fresh micro greens, and little cherry tomatoes.

I don't know if they use whatever leftovers they have for this dish (as its not on the menu). But I wouldn't recommend it.
