In terms of the beef for itself, it wasn't as tender fall off the bone as I was hoping for it was a little tough, but I'm not sure if it was because it was towards the end of the evening as it did also look like an end cut as well which I know are sometimes less juicy let alone later in the evening. But the taste of that rib to die, for I just wish it was a little bit softer and fall off the bone. All in all I would rate this late night find as an 8.2 out of 10."
