The rice tasted like styrofoam, the meat portion was tiny, tasted old, and for $17.99, I expected much better. I added fries for $3.00, and I barely got a handful. The only good parts of the meal were the Guaraná and the beans. The “Brigadeiro Ninho c/ Nutella” was awful, tasted nothing like it should, and had a single drop of Nutella on top, not inside or anywhere else. This is not even close to real Brazilian food. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Tinha mó expectativa pra esse restaurante, mas foi a pior comida que já comi. O arroz parecia isopor, a carne veio um fiapo, tava com gosto de passada, e por $17,99 eu esperava bem mais. Paguei $3,00 numa porção de Adicional de Batata Frita na Refeição que mal deu pra sentir o gosto. A única coisa que salvou foi o Guaraná e o feijão. O brigadeiro foi um fiasco total—o tal do “brigadeiro de Ninho e Nutella” tava horrível, nada a ver com o que deveria ser, e ainda meteram só uma gotinha de Nutella por cima, nem dentro tinha. Isso aí não tem nada de comida brasileira de verdade, nem de longe! Nunca mais peço daqui.

Okay let me tell you something I have not been this impressed with a restaurant and the delivery at that in so long. FAMILY RUN- cooked with love and handled with care. The Pesto Steak Spaghetti | Signature was wonderful, personally more pesto in the sauce but I had no complaints at all!! Steak was tender and yummy and the amount was not skimpy. The Italian Sausage Rigatoni WAS DELICIOUS I have a weird love for rigatoni noodles and ate that up.
Now let me get to the Nutella & Banana Croissant first off i got my order and on top of the box was two sticky notes, handwritten, that were just thoughtful and kind and made me smile ear to ear explaining they ran out of bananas (I am a LOVER OF BANANA esp with chocolate and usually I'd be irked bc im a food brat) but not this time. I love yall. I'm about to order again I hope yall got some nanners! I know you'll fill it up!
Support this restaurant- very few put ethical pure sweet kind gesture into anything and I'm in a very hard season rn. Emotionally the effort in just a little sticky note explanation and apologizing and even with a thoughtful resolution and a cute little heart.. I needed it. The chicken Parmesan was okay but not worth the price and there was no sauce on the pasta it came with.
