The mushrooms seemed to be whole canned mushroom slices marinated with some kind of slimy onion slices. The rice was also weird. Worse, it was served in a pre-portioned plastic tray with small wells for the rice and beans, which means you get less than the customary 4 oz. side portion of each. "Our meals tasted great! We ordered the big breakfast and the 2 eggs w/ your choice of meat and it comes with hash browns. We also ordered 2 orders of cinnamon swirl French toast 1 w/eggs & 1 w/2 sausage. The eggs & sausage was cooked perfect. The Cinnamon French toast was so delicious!! Their homemade cinnamon swirl bread is what they use to make the French toast and it is the best cinnamon bread I've ever had! But the hash browns could have been cooked a little longer. The portions were on the small side especially for the price but it all tasted super great! And for me that makes up for the size. Quality over quantity.
